You need to take the Respectful Communication and Dealing With Difficult Customers workshops I took yesterday and today.
I was very nice to him. I didn't actually tell him he should have paid his bill. I even tried to explain about the different types of coverage available because he didn't have collision. He was just a redneck jackass.
