Cups and glasses rim up or rim down?

I used to be a germaphobe and still do shit like leave a bathroom by using the paper towel on the handle, touch public doors up high where midgets like you guys can't reach. Clean silverware with a napkin, don't drink tap beer unless I use a solo cup.

Of course take a shower and make the bed every day, I try to keep the sink clean.  The housekeeper will be here today to break more shit.

Do you put a toilet seat cover on? Someone at work does, and it's a bit annoying to remove it before I sit down to poop. My.brother John is a germaphobe. Life is stressful enough without worrying about someone else's germs.
