She said she thinks the economic crisis has a very negative impact on some people who make over $40,000 a year, in addition to those who make $40,000 or less (depending on where they live, how many dependents they have, etc).
So, while Schumer said that people making $40,000 or less are the most affected, Pelosi clarified that $40,000 is not a line in the sand.
In any case, there is no second stimulus/relief package to sign (or refuse to sign). The House wants it. President Trump has indicated that he wants it. But, the Senate is not committed at this point.
