Some of the transwomen you see are the most beautiful women in the world. They take better care of themselves then some of the women that look rough. It depends on love doesn't it? Whether there is a connection with that person? If the person has transitioned, it is the end of story, unless you make it a big deal. Truly is medical, and really no ones business unless someone decides to share it.
