I'm hosting a party next month. Not much on "themes" - just like to throw a bunch of good stuff out there and mix it up.
This is my finger foods menu, I think. I don't have my own recipes, I just do it my own way as I go along, but found some links that are close to how I usually make them. They're all easy to make and serve.
Taquitos - beef, chicken, pork, or veggie -with salsa and guacamole.

Cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil bits on toothpicks - with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dipping sauce.

Teriyaki meatballs - we're all carnivores.
You can put whatever you want in them - plain or spicy. Ground turkey meatballs are even better than ground beef ones, IMO. Just cook them, stick some toothpicks in them, and cover the tray.
