Kanye West is so deranged, and he uses it to garner a lot of publicity.
In 2016 he was all for Hillary, then he said he wasn't and would run for President in 2020.
Then he made a publicity tour out of going MAGA and supporting Trump, who he said he'd vote for in 2020, and he announced that he would run himself in 2024.
Now he's a holy roller and leading a mega church and claims he's gonna run in 2020, but if God doesn't want him to win this year then he'll run in 2024.
I believe he is legitimately bi-polar (along with being deranged and having a god complex). Too bad his people can't influence him to take his meds and be of some help to others with mental illness rather than use his mental illness to excuse the stupid things he says and does.
