I say that anyone who's humiliated by a pic of the President wearing a helmet on vacation while riding with his young children (who were required by law to wear one) probably isn't someone who needs to worry about wearing a helmet himself.
Someone like that could escape the pussified U.S. by going to Russia and spending some time with the Russian president; joining him for a plastic surgery touch up and watching him model for another carefully crafted outdoor marketing/imaging photo shoot perhaps. Be prepared to go gun-free though -- there is no open or concealed carry in Russia unless you're on hunting grounds, you must have a license after a full medical evaluation, there are national laws prohibiting cartridges carrying over 10 rounds, and there are national laws requiring safe storage. Oh, and hide your homosexual tendencies lest you wind up in prison (though you won't have to worry about getting the death penalty; it's not considered civilized and not practiced there any longer).

You can carry your guns around and hang out with all those reportedly lazy, tribal Sunni Muslims who want to kill us all and are incapable of respecting a government......... yet somehow manage to work with the U.S. and western allies to fight Islamic terrorism, live peacefully under their monarch, be well-educated, and serve compulsory military service... You don't have to worry about being arrested if your homosexual tendencies show there. BUT, be careful to avoid discussing religion (other than pro-Islam chit chat) - Jordan's Shari'a law prohibits non-Muslims from proselytizing Muslims and visitors do go to jail for that in Jordan.
Or, someone like that could join Donald Trump on a plane ride over to Israel to hang out with Mr. Netanyahu. You can be a real badass motherfucker and laugh with Trump about how women just need to be treated like shit and told what to do, snicker about how serving in the military is for losers, giggle over your favorite forms of illegal torture and civilian execution, gossip like school girls and spread rumors about reporters and politicians... Then, you can stand in awe of the fabulous floor plans when you tour the newest West Bank condos with Bibi and Donald. You might not want to sit between the two men (and a helmet is most definitely NOT an option!!!) when Trump starts attempting to negotiate with Bibi to stop his illegal real estate expansion and to pinky swear that he'll really truly move toward the two-state solution to which he long ago committed.
