Tania Head had one of the most harrowing accounts from 9⁄11 and eventually became the president of a survivor's network, but the woman was ultimately proved to be a fraud and wasn't even in the country on September 11, 2001. A reporter doing follow up 9⁄11 research, and asking questions discovered the complete lie.
