I have been summoned a bunch of times and always had to go tot he courthouse but got kicked loose probably because I would show up on my bike in a tank top, leathers and a bandanna.
Last time though I had to go dressed normal and of course I got picked, Then got nominated for Foreman.
Some stupid bitch was sueing Best Buy for her knee replacement costs and loss of conjugal bliss. She walked through what was obviously a display where a washer and dryer had been sold without looking and banged her knee. Story was full of holes and she also admitted that between the knee banging incident and the 14 months before filing the suit she had been dragged off her feet into a ditch by the 2 big ass dogs she was walking, tripped and fell off a curb at the mall and almost got run over and stepped into a gopher hole.
We didn't giver shit, the women on the jury were laughing because she said there was no sex because of her knee injuries, they failed for lack of imagination.
This cost me 2 weeks of $40+/hr for $12/day, bitch didn't get shit
