I don't like driving with my brother either. He stops short, glances down at his phone instead of watching the road, drives way too fast and crazy, and makes illegal U-turns. On second thought, maybe I should start wearing a seatbelt.

You just listed "5 hazardous" things that your Bro does (in "your" car) that should make you not let "him drive you", and or you to not "lend him" your car!
When he has an accident, (and he will, it's just a matter of time) you will be sued as well as him, he had the accident, but it's in "your car"! Not to mention, you'll be without a car!
Yeah I know I shouldn't let him drive my car but I like feeling like I'm rich and he's my chauffeur.
