Define 'bully'

My stepdaughter accused me of being a bully,  because I keep telling her to grow the fuck up and take some responsibility for herself.   

That's not being a bully.

I doubt there's a person alive who wouldn't want to take their bill money and spend it on fun stuff instead but adults have responsibilities and making sure your bills are paid is one of them. She's 30, she should know this. I know she tries your patience and I know some of the things you've done for her, maybe it's time to let her sink or swim.
