Out of curiosity I looked up why he wears that outfit and he used to come home from school and practice guitar all night without changing his uniform. Someone suggested he wear it on stage and it worked. Also the reason for his short stature is because of lead pipes contaminating the water in his childhood home, it stunted his growth.
