Lots of wealth, great weather most of the year, best airport if you want to get somewhere on a straight flight, lots of good schools (Emory, UGA, GT, Wesleyan, Barry). And much as I cannot explain why, the hottest Vet Techs in the world seem to show up down here. Just something I noticed (I have lots of dogs, cats, parrots, horses, rabbits).
