so it is an accidental death and not murder 1.
Clearly the person thought he was just slapping a little sense into her which is totally understandable, but then and because of her only having one leg and being unbalanced, she fell out of her wheelchair and accidentally hit her head on a wall. Sounds like a clear case of manslaughter to me.
