I can't bring myself to board a plane. Wah!

I was invited to the Canary Islands & couldn't even work up the balls for that. It's so pathetically pathetic. Ugh.

So, for what it's worth, my wife and I file our taxes with a CPA who also happens to fly chartered jets for professional sports teams.

We were relating our horrible turbulence stories (from Hawaii) to him, and he mentioned that a jet has never crashed due to turbulence, i.e., wings falling off, etc.

He also said if the plane were to come apart you'd pass out before realizing much anyway.

I don't know if that puts you more at ease or not, Duchess, but he made it sound like you had nothing to worry about, and if something catastrophic WERE occurring, you wouldn't even know it.
