Thanks Lumpy. Frank, i think, like many of us, was raised in a family and time when divorce was shameful. our parents were together for life. some of us, despite a great example, simply couldn't manage that. much had to do with economics back then. or as in the case of my parents, lifetime love. but previous generations were dependent on men working, woman staying in the home. times changed, women became more independent, and less likely to take abuse.
