The two scumbags that tortured and murdered James Bulger should have been locked up for good, this just goes to show they are both permanently damaged goods who shouldn't be allowed any freedom, the Bulger murder had a sadistic sexual element that is rarely mentioned in public (during his torture he was sexually molested and sodomised) looks like Venables has continued his inevitable journey into sickening perversion.
We need to punish the French, ignore the Germans and forgive the Russians - Condoleezza Rice.
