Chief just held presser.
father has hurt ankle. still in mental hospital. (setting up defense case no doubt)
he lied about "joann taylor", there is no relationship.
police want to know where his van was at 0400 to 0700 friday. (2000 blue dodge caravan) the police have the van. last time kids were seen by anyone was Thanksgiving afternoon playing in his yard.
FBI setting up a search base in nearby Kunkle, Ohio.
