Delaware State Police have cancelled an Amber Alert that had been issued Friday afternoon for a 4-year-old boy and his 19-year-old mother after they were found safely.
so if she got pregnant at 14 and had this baby at age 15, and this guy is the daddy, he was age 36 at the time. stupid breeders. that would have been statutory rape.
