Makes a terrific dip! Make lots though- it'll go fast.
My OL makes a similar dip OBK.
She uses 1 lb of deer burger, 1 lb of hamburger, 3 lb [large block] block of Velveeta. and 1 quart of salsa. She browns and strains off the grease of the burger. Cubes the cheese, and combines all ingredients in a crock pot.
