An emergency hearing in the Casey Anthony civil case will resume Friday afternoon, this time with a new judge.
Attorneys were in and out of the coutroom in just 20 minutes Friday morning. A long sidebar ended with Judge Jose Rodriguez announcing he was stepping down from the civil case brought on by Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who claims Casey ruined her life after claiming a nanny by the same name took her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
The case has now been reassigned to Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon, and Friday's hearing has been rescheduled to 3:30 p.m.
greene refused to say why he asked judge to recuse himself.
"I'm not going to answer the question of what happened to Caylee, and no one else in this case will either," Greene said.

The notice of appeal was filed Friday, as well motion of indigency, which would mean taxpayers would have to pay the costs of the appeal.
