ORLANDO --
Casey Anthony will not have to report to an Orange County probation office by 10 a.m Thursday, according to sources close to the case.
Those sources indicate Judge Perry has issued a stay, essentially delaying the order by Judge Stan Strickland that Casey report to serve her probation.
News 13 has also learned Judge Belvin Perry will hold a hearing on Friday to hear the defense's emergency motion to vacate Judge Strickland's probation order.
