I remember how Hannah Anderson was criticized when she was freed from family friend kidnapper who had killed her mother and brother. I, too, thought she seems so indifferent, and not nearly as upset as we thought she should be. However, a couple of weeks ago, I saw her in interview on Dateline, or some similar show and listened to her story which matched all the evidence. Regardless of her previous behavior, I could see how this experience had really deeply affected her. Don't think she had emotional maturity to react any other way. I messed up in previous post, as I did not mean defense strategy obviously. Had another case on my mind. I am a true crime junkie....
