I've only quickly glanced over some of them and read media recaps, but the picture painted is that Kibby kidnapped Abigail at gunpoint, confined her in that shed like an animal, threatened her, and repeatedly raped her during the nine months she was missing. If he's guilty, she's an incredibly strong survivor and he's a piece of shit who should rot in prison for the rest of his sorry life.
The docs don't address the circumstances surrounding her release/escape 9 months after her alleged kidnapping (not that I've seen anyway).
Kibby will be arraigned on all of the new charges on Jan. 8 and Jan. 9.
