It's a "basketball diplomacy" program.
They're not in any danger of detention under the glare of the global spotlight, and they'd need serious psychological counseling if they weren't already aware of Rodman's ways before they signed up.
And, I still believe the German Shepherd story is bullshit.
It anyone recalls, I'm the guy who has always advocated a policy of feeding criminals to wild animals.
So, I certainly WANT to believe the German shepherd story.
