The Magna Carta is pretty old maybe that should be changed. The Mona Lisa looks the same she needs a mustache. Which plain simple statement of freedom should be amended to sound like Lawyer speak today like a tax code. Is it open to dissection for every word spoken in the framework of its creators mind? Which piece would be re-written to appease which crowd.
Is it not written for every race ,creed,religion to be which when challenged can be entrusted to a regional judge for the best of the people as can happen now. Laws are there for most things and that's why the presence of the Supreme Court is there, to handle constitutional questions and return a judgment in simple form.
Changing it should never be taken lightly.
