My panelbeater, or 'body shops' as you guys call them. The best way I think I have found, because I know zero about cars, is again, connecting with people. Over the years I have dealt with these people, they are certified and have a good reputation. I have told the guy if the insurance company 'haggles' you and gives you a hard time, I told him, give me a call and I will sort it out, now that I know how to do. Even before that, those guys have been above reproach. I didn't have to ring the insurance company, they were able to get what they needed.
