An example of media hype

Last week throughout the news media cycles Netanyahu was getting lambasted with the talking heads laughing and saying his time is up and he would be out on his ass and a new government was going to change bla bla bla....................After he got re-elected to a 5^th term, nothing. Absolutely nothing on him its like his win got swallowed by that black hole they took a picture of. Amazing.

What news outlets are you watching and reading Mags?

I wasn't too optimistic, but was hoping Netanyahu would lose his re-electiion bid and followed the Israeli election news/coverage across a variety of sources. None of them claimed that Netanyahu's time was up and he would certainly be voted out.  

Instead, all of them noted that he was facing an aggressive challenger, that some of his various scandals and his indictment meant that he was more vulnerable than he had been in some of his four previous election bids, and that President Trump's public declaration of support for West Bank annexations just ahead of the Israeli election was likely designed to bolster Netanyahu's chances of winning.
