A refugee does not have that problem, they are "asked" questions about themselves that they would answer themselves. No previous government check up like any country could provide would not be vetted.
That is the difference. If the daesh wanted to send in a few trial people to see the process that would be no problem, in fact they would be stupid not to try.
It only takes a few out of 10,000 not 100. That is the reality. I'm sure today there are some in the U.S. waiting as a welcoming committee for the ones that will come.
