When you add the home grown terrorist with the out of town ones is that a dbl threat?

Since people are getting radicalized from France, England, and right here in the old U.S of A, I think our risks are higher with those peeps as opposed to the ones waiting in line and going through the refugee vetting process. Refusing to take refugees isn't going to make us safer. The only thing that's going to make us safer is crushing the organization (although there will always be new recruits willing to take up the cause). We'd probably be safer if we took a Switzerland type approach and just buried our heads. Obviously they most want to target the assholes that keep dropping bombs on their heads.
