He didn't get hurt amazingly and I was doing about 40 mph. The windows in the back only rolled half way down so how an almost 200 lb Newfoundland could fall out of it is beyond me. My whole family was in the car and we all started screaming and crying like a bunch of nuts, it was ridiculous. I turned around and we found him sitting in a furniture store parking lot without a scratch on him.
There was another time that he almost drowned in the pond at the dog park. He jumped in and sunk like a rock. After about 2 mins. I told my husband that I don't think he's coming back up. So my husband jumped in to pull him out with his wallet and phone and everything in his pockets. We were the laughing stock of the dog park.
