So, in a 26+ minute video the critical part seems to be about 8 seconds worth, most are like that I guess.
I saw a guy run, stupid but not a death sentence.
Then when he tried to go around the road block he ran over a cop....Death Sentence, right there...
So he is stumbling around in the snow and there are 2 cops right there. The one from the trees didn't bother much to see if he was going to comply and shot him in the face, not in the back, he fell on his back.
FU you made a point maybe he had been shot once already, could be, but it came from a situation he created, then escalated and then escalated again.
HOTD is a smartass, but I have to go with her on this one. He decided he was not going to jail and did everything he could to make sure he didn't other than get out of the truck blazing with 2 handguns.
Strictly speaking did the cop need to shoot? No I don't think so, but there sure as hell wasn't a reason not to.
