I know nurse Alex Wubble was considering filing a civil lawsuit (she said so during interviews last month).
But, I don't know if she's more or less inclined to file one now that the department's investigation has been completed and the arresting asshole, Detective Jeff Payne, has been fired. His superior has also been demoted. Good. Ref: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...video.html
So glad this all went down in an area with surveillance cams and that body cam was also recording the incident.
