I haven't seen anything other than partisan claims that Pelosi tried to circumvent the Hyde Amendment or attempted to address abortion at all in the coronavirus stimulus/funding bill.  

The Hyde Amendment is already a law (a rider which is renewed every year) which prevents the federal government from funding or reimbursing abortion procedures.  

There are no known abortion-related issues associated with coronavirus COVID-19,  but the Hyde Amendment would have automatically excluded them from federal funding even if there were.  Moot issue.
