I kinda laugh at people that don't even put their jackets on or shoes in the snow. I see people go into stores with open toed sandals and t-shirts in the snow and can only hope they get a flat tire on the road. I bet they don't even have a blanket in the car, or even a flashlight.

That's sorta kinda how I feel about it. People are always asking me where my coat is. I wouldn't hangout without one but I will go from home to car or car to building without one.
