The judge has scheduled a conference call tomorrow with the Defense and the Prosecution.  

The federal judges association has called an emergency meeting because of this shit show. They said it couldn't wait until their conference in the Spring because of "the deepening crisis that has enveloped the Justice Department and attorney general Bill Barr". This group consists of over 1000 federal jurists and they started calling for this meeting last week after trump criticized the prosecutor's sentencing recommendations and the AG tried to overrule it.
