Thanks Duchess, that's interesting though not surprising. 

I understand why judges across the country are extremely concerned about the circumstances surrounding the Attorney General's interference in cases involving Stone, Flynn, and other criminal associates of the President.

It's not clear to me what, if anything, they can do about it however (aside from criticizing it).  I don't think anything the judges put forth will be taken into consideration by Trump or Barr.  And, I don't see Barr resigning.

I sure hope Judge Jackson is able to sentence Stone according to what she feels is just, despite all the politically-motivated pressure and  intervention.  If so, at least it will demonstrate that criminal justice can still be administered equally on a case-by-case basis.
