I agree companies should grant paternity leave, at least 4 weeks for the father.
My motto for my people working in my department was, A happy crew, is a more productive crew! It proved to be very true!
Hopefully companies will wake up and make their employees a "happy" more productive crew!
Sure they should, but they should use their vacation time and sick days. It is not the companies fault.
