Should men get paternity leave from work

Of course they should, some do. Fathers are as deserving as mothers are. Some places give parents that time when they adopt as well.

I agree companies should grant paternity leave, at least 4 weeks for the father.

My motto for my people working in my department was, A happy crew, is a more productive crew! It proved to be very true!

Hopefully companies will wake up and make their employees a "happy" more productive crew!

My company gives 6 weeks Paternity leave. One of my colleagues is taking his time starting the 2^nd week in August. Which means I have to go to Vegas to cover one of his weeks off.
