Tremendous sections of the wall alreadty DO exist

Under Trump that is NOT the claim. He has CORRECTLY pointed out that a lot of the wall already exists. This is true. He is not starting up at a starting point of 0% of the wall built.
So he will NOT need to build it all from scratch. A lot of the wall exists and was built by Presidents not called Trump.

True. How large is large well that is a subjective term in EXACTLY the same as if I told you $10 000 is a large amount this is solely dependent on what you are measuring $10 000 against. If you are homeless I reckon a $10000 cheque is a LARGE amount. If you are a large country and you say that your country allocated $10000 federal funds to homelessness, this is not comparatively large at all and likely will be seen as grossly underprovisioned.
Trump says he has done large sections of wall. This is true. But is it large in terms of what is left, what was there before or just in terms of amount done.
