Yes if you don't spend money on a wall then you will have extra money.....that you will then use on welfare for the hordes that come into the US illegally BECAUSE you didn't build walls because you wanted to save money for Flint......that you still will not spend because of the reallocation of funds to cope with increased illegals welfare.
Well a few miles of the wall was built this weekend. Land was bought and 2-3 miles of the most traversed open sections were eliminated. Baby steps. But steps in the right direction. It may gain momentum. I think it will.
