Home insurance must be pricey where you live.

Not as much as Sally's and flood insurance is way, waaaaay more. I don't need that here, thank gawd. Many people don't realize that flood insurance is totally separate from home owners which is unfortunate because those people don't find out the difference until it's too late and they need their insurance to cover their flooded home.
