I just read the 'blog' for Emily D. I'm sure if I had a child missing I would be talking about coffee. I thought (from the beginning) it was very convenient that she 'found' Zahra just as this happened.
A mother has to do more than cry beside a tree to convince me she cared about her kid. And paying child support doesn't convince me of anything, except she was afraid she would be locked up. Ditto with not having the means to find Zahra.
All she did in that blog was confirm my belief that everyone in that child's life failed her.
