JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - Search crews in Jackson County believe they've found the body of a missing three year old boy from Alabama. Sheriff Mike Byrd told WLOX News that forensic tests will still have to be done to verify the identity.
Crews have been combing the woods north of Vancleave for three year old Chase DeBlase and his five year old sister, Natalie. The children have been missing since March. Their father, John DeBlase, told investigators he buried his kids in the woods. Since he confessed to burying the girl in Alabama, the search in Mississippi has now ended.
