this makes no sense. why would they be giving a polygraph test in wood county and allegedly sending him to a juve facility in BG (wood county again) when there's a juvenile detention center right in downtown toledo, in lucas county, maybe fifteen minutes from where the crime took place?
also, my thinking is that in such a high profile case, there would not be any sort of a retainer fee whatsoever. area lawyers would be clamoring to represent such an individual.
