Pinky:the main difference in the zahra case and this case, however, is that they have had a pretty good idea right from the start what happened there...and people in custody very soon after as well.
an idea means nothing w/o evidence. they needed a ton of it. and there is only one person in custody, stepwitch. she is charged with obstruction. nobody is charged with even improper disposal of a body.
