I believe that's exactly what I said at Post#571.
My speculation was/is that Johnny and Tiffany had set up that phone conversation and its abrupt termination to establish unlawful entry and robbery at that very point, by persons "unknown" to Johnny, in order to divert away from Johnny's involvement in breach of his accepted co-responsibility to watch the house and its valuables while his girlfriend's parents were on their cruise.
That's why Tiffany did not call the police herself, and took her good old time passing the information on to anyone who would.
The tie-up and robbery was expected; the deaths were not.
