I am still thinking that this was planned and maybe a robbery gone wrong. As stated, the parents were gone. The two kids often were out of the house. I don't know what I think the motive is, but I'm kind of wondering if maybe this was just a robbery. They didn't plan for the two kids to be home and either they waited until Johnny left to go pick Lisa up from work and thought they were clear to go in, then Johnny and Lisa came back home and they were caught off-guard? Which led to them finding the bags and duct tape as their "weapon".
Just a thought. There are so many theories on what happened. Sadly, we'll never know. Until Tiffany speaks up!!
