Not sure what you call but not a gang, it was a group and one bad thing makes you a gangsta? Well Lisa popped pills supposably is she a drug addict? I would not go that far I am Just saying a little over the edge
The operative descriptor for me would be VIOLENCE, not necessarily being in a gang. It's behavior, lifestyle, and culture.
Lots of kids break the law. Smoking weed is a prefect example. They don't go out and commit armed robbery, though.
