Regarding how long Lisa had been dating JC - who knows? I don't think the Blade is too thorough with the facts. Somewhere I read they just started dating last summer.
On the issue of Holland, Maumee, Springfiled Twnshp - if you are not in an incorporated city, which I suppose Holland is because they have a police dept, then you're in a township and those are always covered by the sheriff.
